Requests to the API carry an IP address and the addresses you ask about, as any web request does. Request logs are kept briefly for abuse prevention and are not joined to wallet activity.

The API row on the status page is a live read of the public health endpoint. Deep health — the indexer cursor, the signer heartbeat, the last claim — is loopback-only on the API host and is not exposed.
